I became interested in photography as a young adult and used a Yashica rangefinder camera for a few years.
Career and family, etc... squeezed out photography for a few decades thereafter.
Upon retiring, a few years ago, I rekindled what always remained a simmering passion with the acquisition of a Konica-Minolta Z3 digital camera. Four months later, I was hooked on digital photography and purchased an Olympus E300 DSLR kit.
A few years later, I'm still hooked and working at improving my skills. Being a member of the camera club has greatly enhanced this learning experience for me, not to mention the camaraderie I am enjoying with the friendly, like-minded people I have met here.
