I have enjoyed membership with LCCC since the turn of the century. My favourite aspect of photography is, I think, the toys. My first was a Brownie Hawkeye. I bought the first Pentax 35mm SLR with TTL metering. I now shoot with a Canon 20D 8Mp Digital SLR (I love it!). I have an Epson 2450 flat bed scanner with transparency cover and the Epson 2200 printer.
To help pay for all of this I do Photo Restoration work and custom scanning/printing for local customers. In my opinion, a digital darkroom makes creative photography open to a much greater number of people and at an affordable cost.
